Highly recommend for service, professionalism and value. Had one watch with challenging back plate to change battery. Took it on and he had it done quickly and at a great price. Then I brought in my other watches that needed link pins replaced, watch band replacement and replace pins on another watch that the new band I bought (somewhere else) were lower grade and popped off already. I left the watches there since there was a fair amount of work with all three and I came back on the day we agreed upon and he had everything done and at a great value.

The center diamond on my engagement ring fell off a out a month ago and I took it to Dong Jewelry & Watch Repair. They were so helpful and professional. I dropped off my ring and it was ready to pick up two days later. They improved the structure holding the center diamond and it is much more secure now! My ring looks as good as new. The price was very reasonable, too. I will be going back for jewelry repair and inspection in the future!

I visited this place to fix a very old 18 k gold bracelet which required pins and soldering. The craftsmanship is superb and the cost is very reasonable compared to others. I highly recommend this place.

Very honest and good work. Brought in a gold chain I had bought maybe 5-6 years ago, wanted to turn it into 2 bracelets. Decided to do 3 bracelets so I can give one to my little sister. Was gonna be $360, I was fine with that. They called before starting the work to let me know it was silver with gold on top instead of full solid gold, so itd be $150 instead. Couldve just charged me $360 but they are very honest and do great work, I love how it turned out now I can make use of a chain I had never worn.
They also finished in about 2 hours which was great, I was expecting itd be an all day thing.
10/10 will definitely come back

I purchased a Movado museum watch forty years ago from a reputable jewelry store in San Leandro. Within a year, it failed. The jewelry store nor the Movado corporation were unable to fix it. For forty years, I felt so discouraged as that was a monumental purchase for me at the beginning of my professional career. I held on to the watch and recently took it to Dong and he was able to fix the watch!! Even Movado could not.

They did a great job on my wedding band and a family heirloom. The rings were both ready next day. All of the staff is extremely helpful.

My wife's Diamond pendant broke , and also had my ring resized. Magnificent work and craftsmanship, and he was very fast. Next day completed, will definitely be going back for all my jewelry needs, and reasonably priced, very respectfully, and good to know he also does phone repair, a definite thumbs up .

Found this Jeweler on google maps and saw the reviews went to get an estimate on how much they can fix my two chains and bracelet. They were very Respectful and gave me a great price. 95$ dollars to fix and was done within four days. They even cleaned my jewelry for free. So happy with this jeweler! Will not go to anybody else Absolutely LOVE This place so happy I went. I don't really trust jewelers with my jewelry because of a different experience I've had. I first was told about Dongs from a jeweler in the mall, when I had a diamond fall out and the jewelry store told me my warranty was invalid. This was a few years back. Since then I have been adding new rings and gemstones to my collection and he has become my go-to! He has repaired many diamond rings for me, and sizes all my new pieces! Such a quick and speedy turn around, not mention great price and great customer service! I no longer pay for warranty from any jeweler. Dongs even repaired a pink sapphire pawn shop find for me, making it look brand new! I wish I had took pictures of the before.
I take all my jewelry here and I recommend him to all the locals.

Honest, fast and reasonably priced!

Two years earlier we sent our expensive Fendi watch to another shop that told us it needed a battery and major expensive work done. I said no because it was too costly but kept the sentimental watch.

Yesterday when I walked into Dong's repair shop with this same Fendi and another watch that wasn't working, I was out the door $32 dollars and 20 minutes later.

Turns out the Fendi only needed a minor cleaning and the battery was fine. The other watch needed a battery.

These are the most honest people I have ever met in this industry. Most of us don't know anything about watches and are at the mercy of those that do.

Took my wife's watchband to have a new pin put in, just walked in and was quoted $10 for the repair. Said it would be done in 20 minutes, gave him an hour. Extremely fair price and rapid service, I insisted on paying $20 for the rapid repair. So nice to have a jeweler I can trust and not be gouged.

When my father passed away, I searched and searched for an appropriate gold charm bracelet with three hearts: one for my dad, one for my mom, and one for my brother who have all passed away. Dong suggested three tiny gold hearts and three tiny gold crosses with small diamonds between the hearts. It is a beautiful keepsake of my family who were very dear to me that I can wear every day keeping their memory with me everywhere I go. Dong is meticulous in his work, making exquisite jewelry. I am very happy with my beautiful bracelet and I am returning to him to have another bracelet modified. I feel that Dong gave me a very precious gift.

Dong's Jewelry Repair promised to do that on their website so I called them and they confirmed it. They said I didn't need an appointment so I went there immediately expecting a few day turnaround before the work was done. Dong actually offered to have them (3 rings) done that evening, but I told him that I didn't need them that fast so he could take his time. Price was $40 per ring (sterling silver) which seems reasonable and the work was very well done. When I arrived to pick them up In also saw that they replace watch batteries and Dong offered to have that completed in 20 minutes. I am very impressed by the services provided and the convenience with which the business was done. I will definitely return for repairs in the future.
